The Office of Government Services has notified us that the peanut butter product we received from them is safe to use. This in response to FDA's recall on peanut butter and other nut butter products.

The FDA has issued a recall on peanut butter and other nut butter products. For further information, follow this link. The Spackenkill School Lunch Department has not received any of the affected product. However,we have been instructed to isolate what we have received until further direction from the USDA. In the interim, we will be purchasing peanut butter for future use.
