The Kestrel 3000 is a pocket sized weather instrument. It measures air in degrees, percent of relative humidity and temperature. Wind is measured in three ways. It measures current wind speed in mph, maximum wind gusts and average wind speed. It also gives you wind chill and heat index. The Kestrel 3000 is a great pocket weather station that you can take anywhere, like field trips.
