Grease Is This Weekend!

Due to the high volume of tickets sold for these performances, and limited parking, we will offer shuttle bus services from Hagan Elementary School to the High School.  The shuttle will pick up at Hagan between 6:15 pm and 6:50 pm in 5 to 10 minute increments with a return shuttle to Hagan Elementary immediately after the performance.
I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this service.

Toys For Tots

Toys For Tots

It’s that time of year again and everyone is getting into the Holiday Spirit. This year the Spackenkill Teachers’ Association is sponsoring a Toys for Tots drive which will brighten the holidays for thousands of deserving children in Dutchess County.

Parent/Teacher Conference Days - November 16th, 17th, and 18th

Just a Reminder:

Parent/Teacher Conference Days are scheduled for November 16th, 17th, and 18th.  All students will be dismissed early.  Students walking home will be dismissed at 11:50 AM and buses at 12:00 PM. Due to the shortened days we will not be serving lunch during our regularly scheduled lunch periods. A bag lunch will be available for students to take home.

Bear Sighting

Please be aware that a bear was spotted on Sheraton Drive last evening. It was then seen on Schoolhouse Lane. There was an additional reported sighting, in the City of Poughkeepsie, this morning.   Both the City and Town of Poughkeepsie Police Departments are aware of the sightings. This information is helpful to all of us as we plan for our children's safety.
