Now that morning transportation routes have stabilized and become consistent, we are adjusting the teacher work day so that it starts ten minutes earlier. Doing so allows us to maximize the amount of time teachers have to complete committee work, meet with grade level colleagues, and prepare for the instructional day. In addition, we are also slightly adjusting the AM drop-off time for students by five minutes, from 8:20 to 8:25. The instructional day will continue to begin at 8:45.
If you drop your child off in the morning, please do not do so before 8:25. If you are unable to make this slight adjustment and must continue to drop off your child between 8:20 and 8:25, your child will be supervised by school staff in a room designated for students who arrive early.
