SUFSD Annual Notifications

September 2016

Dear Parents and Guardians,

School districts are required by federal and state laws to provide annual notices to parents, guardians, students, and employees. These required notifications cover topics ranging from access to student records to pesticide applications. The following is a comprehensive list of what is required, as well as useful information regarding school communications and our Code of Conduct.

Please review the material and contact your student’s school or the Spackenkill District Office for additional information.

I wish you all another successful school year.

Dr. Lois Powell
Superintendent of Schools
