Dear Spackenkill Community,
It’s not every day that a New York State Regent visits your school district, but that’s what happened here on Monday, December 1st. New York State Regent Frances G. Wills visited Spackenkill High School and took a student-led tour. Dr Wills represents our region. The purpose of her visit was to celebrate and commemorate the recent honor bestowed on the high school at the November 3rd Board of Regents meeting, when SHS was officially recognized as an Exemplary High Performing School, one of only 19 schools to earn a special distinction across New York State.
