Dear Spackenkill Community,
The District has been in contact with the Dutchess County Department of Behavioral and Community Health (DBCH) with regard to a positive COVID-19 case at Spackenkill High School. In order to conduct contact tracing and additionally because of staffing challenges, the high school will operate on a fully remote schedule on Tuesday, December 8. Hagan Elementary School will also be fully remote on Tuesday, December 8, to continue contact tracing. Principals will be in contact with Hagan and SHS parents and students. As always, Hagan students will learn on a fully remote schedule on Wednesday, December 9. We will update you on whether or not Spackenkill High School will conduct in-person learning on Wednesday, December 9. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
