Dear Spackenkill Community,
At their November 3rd meeting, the Board of Regents recognized Spackenkill High School for our nomination as a National Blue Ribbon School. Although the federal Blue Ribbon Program has been canceled, the New York State Department of Education is honoring the 19 schools across the state—which includes more than 700 school districts—for meeting the rigorous guidelines for nomination and completing the lengthy application process. At our November 18th Spackenkill Board of Education meeting, we will celebrate this distinction.
